Monday, August 26
We pray to You, our Protector, our King. You surround us with Your beauty and complete Your plans in us even against all odds. We rest resolute in Your goodness and care.

Tuesday, August 27
Praise God for the biannual avionics inspection completed in Nampa with the help of Papuan teammate Arleon Eko, who just passed his FAA certification as a radio repairman.

Wednesday, August 28
Pray for all the MAF groups that are in the process of strategic planning to set goals for 2020 and beyond.

Thursday, August 29
Lift up Dave and Jill Holmes, a pilot/mechanic family serving in Mozambique. Besides flying and maintaining the airplanes in Nampula, Dave keeps busy with IT and base operations projects. Jill assists with finance responsibilities and also serves on the Disaster Response team.

Friday, August 30
Pray for the ongoing Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and protection for MAF staff there. Also pray that the disease may not spread into Uganda and South Sudan.

Saturday, August 31
Lift up David and Natalie Holsten, who, after 17 years of service with MAF in Indonesia, transitioned to the US where David has been serving as MAF President and CEO for the past year. Thank you for continuing to undergird their whole family with prayer as they adjust to life in America, new schools, and challenging responsibilities.

Sunday, September 1
Praise God that the Lailenpi airstrip project in Myanmar is in progress despite the monsoon rains, which have been very heavy at times. Please pray for safe travel to Yangon for one of the key members of the team who needs his visa extended.
