Monday, August 19
Help us, Lord God, to find places of quiet and solitude to meet with You. Frequently the urgent tugs on our day overshadow the importance of time spent with You.

Tuesday, August 20
Pray for the 31 expat staff families serving in Papua, Indonesia, the 74 national staff, 10 aircraft, and five bases of ministry operation. The acting program manager is Jeremiah Hartin.

Wednesday, August 21
Praise God for the members of MAF Disaster Response team who have been actively training in preparation for future disaster deployment.

Thursday, August 22
Lift up Rod and Valerie Hochstetler, a pilot/mechanic family serving with MAF in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Rod works as the West DRC program’s accountable manager, assistant director of maintenance, instructor pilot, and maintenance instructor. Valerie loves to teach at the American School of Kinshasa as the learning support teacher for elementary classes.

Friday, August 23
Pray for MAF staff who are adjusting to new roles. Ask for godly wisdom and insight.

Saturday, August 24
Lift up Craig and Christa Hollander, a pilot/mechanic family serving in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Pray for them as they start their fifth term with MAF and prepare to move into another house in their neighborhood.

Sunday, August 25
Pray for another pilot for Mexico and Kalimantan.
