Monday, October 12
Lord Jesus, thank You for being our Good Shepherd! Give us Your heart of compassion for those who are harassed, helpless, and in need of You.

Tuesday, October 13
Five MAF families are waiting to return to Papua, Indonesia, and in need of visas. Pray that the Lord will slice through the red tape and open the way for each family to return to Indonesia.

Wednesday, October 14
Pray for the families in Tlhanyaku, Lesotho, who have only one partner who has accepted Christ. Pray for the unbelieving spouses to receive Christ and put Him at the center of their marriages.

Thursday, October 15
Lift up Elijah and Erin Derbecker, an aircraft maintenance specialist family who will be serving in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Pray that they will acquire good fluency as they study the French language in France. Praise God for the safe delivery of their second daughter!

Friday, October 16
Pray that MAF fuel needs will be supplied even where the supply lines are complicated and expensive.

Saturday, October 17
Lift up Fran and Lori Derocher, who are returning to MAF after working with a relief and development organization in Southeast Asia. Prior to their work in Asia, they served with MAF in Africa for over 20 years in various roles, including pilot and regional manager.

Sunday, October 18
Please pray for divine opportunities to shine the light of Christ to people from many different backgrounds in Mozambique. Also pray for a breakthrough in obtaining needed work permits.
