Monday, May 11
Abba Father, during this season of prolonged social distancing, may our hearts be fortified in Your tranquility, prudent thinking, and wise actions. Lead us in Your paths of righteousness, for Your name’s sake.

Tuesday, May 12
In Nampa, Idaho, MAF-US flight and maintenance standardization training is currently being conducted. Pray for safety and health for all participants and trainers.

Wednesday, May 13
Pray for the safety of MAF Mozambique operations. May God continue to grant wisdom for each person who cares for and operates MAF aircraft in a way that brings Him the most glory.

Thursday, May 14
Lift up Clay and Becky Walter, an MAF maintenance specialist family. The Walters are currently living in Nampa, Idaho, after serving in Papua New Guinea. Clay recently worked on MAF’s PC-12 aircraft, based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Becky is a ministry partnership coach helping staff raise support and prepare for overseas service. Pray for the whole Walter family as they home school during COVID-19 school closures and as Brian battles cancer.

Friday, May 15
Praise God that no one has been infected with COVID-19 on the Alas de Socorro Ecuador (ADSE) team, which is the MAF affiliate serving in Ecuador. Please lift the team up in prayer regarding their reduced flight revenue due to COVID-19 restrictions, which is affecting the program and staff there.

Saturday, May 16
Lift up Dan Wanvig, an MAF pilot preparing to serve in Indonesia. His last three weeks of training have been rescheduled for May 26 – June 10. His departure for language school is uncertain due to international flight restrictions. Pray that God will use this time in his life to better prepare Dan for what God has called him to do.

Sunday, May 17
Pray for the MAF Kalimantan team to continue to be a light to their Tarakan community as well as in all the remote villages they serve by air. Four of their families are transitioning out of this team next month. So, please remember them as they say goodbyes and adjust to role changes. Photo by pilot Peter Neal.
