Monday, July 30
Holy Creator God, thank You for taking such good care of us. You see our every need and fill our lives with Your beautiful life, even when our immediate circumstances seem hard. Help us to trust You and not “spin” with worry.

Tuesday, July 31
In one region of North Kalimantan, Indonesia, MAF has a new agreement with the local Ministry of Health regarding medical evacuation flights. Praise God for this beneficial way of reaching this isolated region of the world. Pray that the patients and their families will experience Christ’s compassion through MAF.

Wednesday, August 1
Pray for the teams translating the Bible in various countries, particularly for SIL / Wycliffe, WEC and Scripture Union staff as they seek ways to teach God’s Word to the people of Timor-Leste.

Thursday, August 2
Lift up Chase and Gwendolyn Paul, an IT specialist family who are heading toward the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Pray for them as they start language school this month.

Friday, August 3
Pray for the people of Papua New Guinea where there has been an outbreak of polio. Pray for the health authorities and all those living and working in PNG, including the MAF staff there. (Pictured is a PNG earthquake victim from earlier this year.)

Saturday, August 4
Lift up Garth and Jody Pederson, a pilot/mechanic family on furlough from serving in the western Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Pray for refreshment for the Pedersons as well as good connections with family, friends, and supporters. Additionally, please pray for God’s wisdom in all their decisions and actions.

Sunday, August 5
Pray for MAF staff who provide vital support to the broader MAF family around the world, but who work at MAF-US headquarters in Nampa, Idaho. Pray for God’s encouragement, vision, unity, wisdom, and refreshment for these servants of God.
