Priorities for Prayer

Mission Aviation Fellowship is grateful for the many friends who pray daily for this ministry. Thank you for your faithful intercession!

  • Monday, July 16
Please pray for MAF pilots who every week transport CMA (Christian Mission Aid) staff, eye surgeons and supplies, to remote areas of South Sudan to carry out cataract and other operations. Blindness caused by cataracts is a huge problem.
  • Tuesday, July 17
Pray that each missionary will personally experience the joy of the Lord, and that the joy will overflow to others. Pray that God will bless their efforts in sharing Christ with others
  • Wednesday, July 18
Pray for the hospitals in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) that are dealing with a major epidemic of malaria. Pray as well for MAF pilots who are transporting the much needed medicines and supplies.
  • Thursday, July 19
Pray for the security training provided for our traveling staff starting July 23 through July 25.This training along with the protection of God’s Holy Spirit are both essential in these trying times.
  • Friday, July 20
Pray for MAF missionaries Mike and Sharol Shutts. After their furlough they will be moving from Lesotho to Kampala, Uganda. They will still be serving with MAF, but in a new place.
  • Saturday, July 21
Pray for missionary families on furlough, that they will be refreshed and renewed as they spend time with family and friends. Also pray that they will be successful in finding new supporters.
  • Sunday, July 22
Pray for the team in Uganda as shuttle flights to Northern Uganda, Congo, and South Sudan have continued to remain full. They are adding flights to take the extra capacity where there is availability.
