February 4 – 10, 2013

“Peter fairly exploded with his good news: “It’s God’s own truth, nothing could be plainer: God plays no favorites! It makes no difference who you are or where you’re from – if you want God and are ready to do as he says, the door is open.”—Acts 10:34 (The Message)

Priorities for Prayer

  • Thursday, February 7
Pray for brand new MAF missionaries facing many new challenges: a new country, new home, new language, new climate, new foods, new responsibilities, new boss, new social life, new … everything.
  • Friday, February 8
Please pray for pilot/mechanic families who are delayed in returning to Indonesia from furlough because of visa issues. Ask the Lord to resolve these issues soon!
  • Saturday, February 9
Remember to pray for the many partners of MAF who financially support a missionary family. Ask God to bless them for their willingness to give of their resources, thus making it possible for missionaries to go.
  • Sunday, February 10
We seek God’s direction for MAF in western DRC as the team there works with the local church and explores what the Lord has in store. Ask Him to help the team be focused and intentional so that they will be strong disciples today and in the future.
