Monday, May 17
Lord God, help us to be wisely cautious and stay far away from evil. Teach us to avoid overconfidence in ourselves and prideful thinking.

Tuesday, May 18
Praise God for His favor in Mozambique by providing the needed permissions for MAF, flying as Ambassador Aviation, to conduct more evacuation flights from Palma. MAF is also grateful for valuable logistics support from VAMOZ (Voluntários Anónimos de Moçambique) during this crisis.

Wednesday, May 19
Pray for ntate Habofanoe of Tlhanyaku, Lesotho, who opens his home for church services. He turned to Christ about 18 months ago, and he’s struggling to overcome some old ways that negatively impact the local fellowship.

Thursday, May 20
Lift up Brian and Heather Marx, a pilot/mechanic family serving in Indonesia. Brian pilots and helps maintain a Kodiak airplane, which is constantly on the move to reach the remote people of the Nabire area of Papua. The Marx family would like prayer for the Dem people to trust in Jesus. See the prayer requests for Brian’s parents on May 22.

Friday, May 21
Even though many countries are enjoying fewer COVID-19 cases and restrictions, countries like India and Nepal are experiencing a drastic increase in illness with little to no medical resources available. Please pray for the MAF staff members in these countries.

Saturday, May 22
Lift up Steve and Ann Marx, who served with MAF in Honduras, Ecuador, and the US, working in aviation, finances, and administration. Currently, Steve works in the purchasing department at Nampa headquarters, keeping the MAF worldwide fleet suppled with parts. Ann ministers through her local church and taking care of their family and home.

Sunday, May 23
MAF rejoices with MAF Papua New Guinea (PNG) as they celebrate 70 years of providing aviation service to remote PNG communities, bringing hope and healing in the name of Jesus Christ.
