Monday, January 4
As we step into the year 2021, Lord God, we look to You for direction, renewed relationships, healing, and our secure hope.

Tuesday, January 5
This week marks the beginning of MAF’s two week candidacy class. Please pray for this group as they travel to Nampa from as far as Indonesia and the Netherlands. Pray that the time at MAF headquarters will be fruitful and an encouraging next step in their ministry journey.

Wednesday, January 6
Pray for the new believers in Mathuaneng, Lesotho, who are being treated badly for their faith. Pray for courage and God’s love for those who persecute them.

Thursday, January 7
Lift up Craig Hamlow, an MAF member care specialist living in Colorado. Pray for God’s wisdom as Craig provides care for MAF staff through emails, video conferencing, and field visits. Pray for Craig and his wife, Karen, as they raise their children. Pray for Karen as she navigates her job as a school administrator during this COVID-19 season.

Friday, January 8
Pray for MAF staff and donors who are quarantined due to COVID-19. Ask for God’s healing strength and eyes to see His grace in the midst of difficulty.

Saturday, January 9
Lift up Jack and Angie Hamstra, an aviation maintenance specialist family serving with MAF in Papua, Indonesia. Pray that their daughter, Emma, would have her Indonesian visa renewed. The Hamstra family wants their hearts to align with God’s plan for them. Please pray to this end.

Sunday, January 10
Pray for MAF staff who might be feeling alone or discouraged today. Pray for a sense of wonder in God’s presence and for encouraging community.
