Our God is a God who saves;
from the Sovereign Lord comes escape from death.
-Psalm 68:20 (NIV)

Monday, December 21
You are the God of salvation! Thank You, Yahweh, for rescuing us from the finality of death, giving us an eternal relationship with You through our faith in Christ Jesus, our Redeemer. We are full of hope because of You!

Tuesday, December 22
Praise God that the Bible Study groups in Matsaile, Lesotho, are thriving. Pray that the Lord will continue to plant His words of life deep in these villagers’ hearts.

Wednesday, December 23
While many of us in North America are hoping for a white Christmas, many MAF families are entering the hottest season of the year. Pray for MAF staff in Africa, Asia, and Latin America who struggle with the heat, humidity, and being away from extended family over the holidays.

Thursday, December 24
Lift up Stephen and Ruth Hale, a pilot/mechanic family serving in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Pray for Stephen as he flies airplane loads of medical supplies, maintains aircraft, finishes a construction project, and orients new staff. Pray for Ruth as she starts homeschooling their son while caring for their infant and preschool-aged daughters.

Friday, December 25
Praise God for His marvelous gift of salvation to us through Jesus Christ! This amazing gift of grace, forgiveness, and an abundant life with Him is available for all! Glory be to God!

Saturday, December 26
Lift up Brent Halvorsen, an aircraft maintenance specialist who frequently travels from MAF headquarters in Idaho to assist overseas programs with their plane maintenance needs. He recently spent six weeks in Kinshasa, DRC, and was a great help to the team there. Pray that the remainder of his monthly support is raised ($166).

Sunday, December 27
Praise Almighty God for His abundant provision for MAF’s ministry through so many faithful and generous partners. We shout on the mountain tops that He is good and worthy of our praise.
