Pray for the fourteen pre-field staff families who are currently building their support teams. Praise God for the four new families coming to Candidacy class in January 2019. Pray that the Lord would already be preparing the hearts of those who will be part of their ministry support teams.

Lift up Warren and Julie Veal, a pilot/mechanic family who are currently serving in Nampa at MAF headquarters. Warren is the manager of Aviation Maintenance Support and Julie keeps the home running well and volunteers in various children’s ministries like Good News Clubs. Pray that the shortfall in their monthly support will be met soon.

Lift up Tim and Tonya Vennell, a pilot/mechanic family who served with MAF in Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Kenya, South Sudan, and now in Nampa, Idaho. Tim is currently leading the process of MAF changing to a part 135 aviation operation. Pray that God will continue to guide and direct the Vennell family for His glory.

The Ebola outbreak continues to grow and spread in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (EDRC). MAF has flown test samples and health workers to the area. Also, the EDRC team is setting up a house to be used as an isolation area for suspected patients if needed. Pray for a quick end to this outbreak.
