Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, May 19
    Give thanks for a successful fundraising event arranged for MAF by a teenager as a school project. Praise God for how He is making things fall into place for other events.
  • Tuesday, May 20
    Please pray for MAF families who are laboring to raise financial support. Before heading overseas, each MAF missionary family seeks a team of supporters to provide prayer and financial backing. Ask God to provide committed believers to come alongside these missionaries.
  • Wednesday, May 21
    Alas de Socorro Mexico is an MAF affiliate organization proactively serving indigenous mountain communities otherwise closed or resistant to the Gospel. Pray that their ministry in Mexico will bear fruit..
  • Thursday, May 22
    Ask God to provide a hangar in Mexico where the ADS team can perform routine maintenance..
  • Friday, May 23
    Last week MAF introduced Lumin, a software program that makes it easy to create and share Christian educational materials. Pray that Lumin will be a blessing to many isolated believers around the world.
  • Saturday, May 24
    MAF South Africa is building a crèche (child care center) in the village of Vhembe. Pray that things will proceed smoothly and it will be completed by the end of July, providing a safe haven for small children.
  • Sunday, May 25
    Give thanks for productive meetings in Latin America last week between MAF-Learning Technologies staff, pastors, ministry organizations, and a large Bible institute. Ask God to use these connections to build His kingdom.
