Monday, January 27
Good Shepherd, thank You for teaching us the ways of life. You lead us through difficulty as well as to pleasant places. You fill us up with such joy as we spend time with You and drink in Your Word.

Tuesday, January 28
Praise God for the improved security situation in Haiti and that the new MAF hangar door has been released from customs after many months. Pray that this large hangar door is safely delivered to the airport soon and that the installation process would go well.

Wednesday, January 29
The entire community of Lailenpi in Myanmar gathered to pray—in the shape of a cross—over the new airstrip that MAF International is constructing there. Pray for the building and use of this airstrip for God’s glory.

Thursday, January 30
Lift up Garth and Jody Pederson, a pilot/mechanic family who served in the Democratic Republic of the Congo for 21 years. Garth’s current position as a mobilizer for the north central region of the USA puts him in touch with many who are responding to God’s call to become mission aviators, teachers, computer specialists, or fulfill other needs within MAF.

Friday, January 31
Pray for MAF pilots and aircraft maintenance specialists as they continue to work with excellence and with the high safety standards on MAF’s fleet of 46 airplanes.

Saturday, February 1
Lift up Steve and Laura Persenaire, a pilot/mechanic family serving in Indonesia. Steve is currently the director of Quality for the Indonesian region. The Persenaire family live in the busy capital city of Jakarta. Pray for them during their furlough in America till mid-May, reconnecting with their support team and family. Pray also for God’s care over their Jakarta home and their pets while they are away.

Sunday, February 2
Pray that all MAF career staff missionaries will be able to raise the increased amount of support needed to meet this year’s ministry budget.
